Note from the artist: A healer once led me on a meditation journey that required me to let go of pain, anxiety, and fear that wasn't mine. I had to make these heavy feelings into offerings to the ancestors. This is how I envision that process in another realm. Whatever you are carrying right now you are also asking your ancestors to carry. Letting go (in regards to certain people, places, experiences, and things) is a difficult, noble, abstract act of self-love and love for one's lineage.
